Our Story

Ashoks IAS Study Circle was established in the year 2015 by Shri. .A.Subba Rao, with the sole aim of sharing with Aspirants of the IAS Exam, his rich knowledge and teaching experience of 17 years in the field of Civil Services. He has a thorough understanding of the needs and aspirations of the students. It is said that “a step taken in the right direction is 50% success”. In the preparation of IAS Exam too, the first step is to select a good coaching institute (if at all a candidate opts for coaching)

The parameters that one has to consider are: 1. Experienced faculty (it is better if they have attempted IAS Exam earlier). 2. Location of the coaching institute in a congenial and accessible place. 3. Exam oriented coaching with a stress on imparting necessary exam-clearing skills to the student. 4. This dedicated approach we believe, will fetch our students top ranks in the IAS exam every year. The training and mentoring programme at CSA besides imparting the regular curriculum, also includes sessions on leadership skills, communication and presentation skills. It also has an inbuilt motivation programme focusing on developing a positive attitude and a powerful personality of the student. Thus we will not just prepare our students to take their rightful place in the country’s higher civil services but also make them leaders in their public, social and private spheres
